For the Reliable 80x100cm flat plain wide format sublimation heat press, the first issue you may worry about is uneven heating plate temperature because the large format size like 0.8x1meter. Most heating plate is supported by frame. But the iron made frame absorb and emitting heat quickly in the printing process. It will cause the phenomenon like the picture showing below.
The way to solve above mentioned problem. You can buy larger size machine so that you can avoid to use the frame edge part. The other way is to buy a machine which equipped many temperature sensors. In this case, you can increase the edge temperature 15 centigrade degree higher than the middle part to solve the uneven temperature problem. Reference picture is showing below.
Of course, you will also need more temperature controllers.
