Process of heat transfer
First,design the logo or picture you like.Second,connect the inkjet printer to the computer to print the designed on the sublimation paper.Third,set the temperature and time of the heat press machine.For example,for sublimating a t-shirt,set the time by 20 seconds,set the temperature by 200 ℃.When time is up,just remove the paper away from the T-shirt.
1.Adopt IC board, touch buttons, electromagnetic switch and ON/OFF timer, providing elegant appearance and high reliability.
2.Machine with hydraulic system can work directly without needing connect an air compressor,the pressure( pressure up to 30KG/CM2) is much bigger than the pneumatic(as 4 times as the pneumatic).It is almost no noise.
3.Semi-Automatic control,when you move the heating platen to target for the bottom base,it will press down automatically.When time is up,it will auto release.Then you can move next worktable to keep
