Step/method/time required
1. After the design of printing manuscript, plate making can be done.This time, under normal circumstances, plate making cycle about 3~7 days.
2. After getting the printing plate roller, go to the printing factory to print.
Printing material
(1) printing paper, by quality distinction from low to high, in order: newsprint, glossy paper, white paper.
(2) ink type: sublimation heat transfer ink.
Responsible person of printing factory
(1) after the printing factory gets the printing paper, it shall first check the quantity of materials and whether the fabric has defects, damage and grease.
(2) if there is any missing or defective, damaged or greasy fabric, timely feedback shall be given to the customer, so that the customer has a clear understanding.
(3) shortage of quantity: timely replenishment is required to avoid unnecessary disputes and misunderstandings caused by innocent shortage in the future.
(4) in actual production, each 3 transfer printing machines shall be equipped with at least one printing leader.
(5) responsibilities of the group leader: check the quality of printed products at any time, grasp the temperature change of the transfer printing machine in real time, and according to the air
Humidity, indoor temperature appropriate to add or subtract machine speed and temperature.
