Although they are the same type of stereoscopic printing and are often confused in terms of their names, there is a big difference between the two.
1. Observe the fleecy printed fabric with a microscope, and its surface is full of tiny spherical bodies. The cross-sections of the two products are also completely different.
Suede prints are soap-bubble and foam prints are bee-like. As a result of the difference in structure, in the visual suede printing products have the effect of needlework, and foaming printing only relief effect.
2. The main composition of the printing pulp for raising printing is a microcapsule preparation. The microcapsules contain a low boiling point organic solvent in the core.
At high temperatures, the organic solvents in the core can be rapidly programmed to expand like a balloon. Due to the increase of volume, each expanded microcapsule extruded against each other, resulting in irregular overlapping distribution. Foaming printing is the use of foaming agent and resin emulsion mixture, after printing with high temperature treatment, foaming agent decomposition of a large number of gas products, the resin layer expansion, like steamed bread as too high figure.
3. According to the reaction properties, the raising printing is physical foaming, while the foaming printing is chemical foaming.
