What is the difference between heat transfer printing and heat sublimation printing?First of all, we should make clear the concept of "heat transfer printing" and "heat sublimation printing".Thermal transfer printing range is wide, which includes the thermal sublimation printing.Just like "dongguan" and "humen", the two names are the same, humen is a town of dongguan, is part of dongguan.

Heat transfer printing, generally there are two main:

1. Thermal sublimation printing (also called sublimation heat transfer printing).

2, hot transfer stamping.

Whether the sublimation printing or thermal transfer pyrograph, must through some kind of mechanical patterned to advance on paper or pet (film), and then through the temperature transfer to another kind of fabric, if have to split them, according to the different printing machinery sublimation ink (ink), and extends out several types, such as:

Thermal sublimation printing can be divided into:

1, offset thermal sublimation printing.Use an offset press to print thermal sublimation ink on paper with a thickness of about 80g/m2. After drying, do thermal transfer printing on chemical fiber fabrics.

2, silk screen sublimation printing.Use a silk-screen printing machine to print thermal sublimation ink on paper with a thickness of about 80g/m2. After drying, do thermal transfer printing on chemical fiber fabrics.

3, gravure hot sublimation printing.Use gravure press to print thermal sublimation ink on paper with a thickness of about 30g/m2. After drying, perform sublimation heat transfer printing on chemical fiber fabrics.

4. Digital thermal transfer printing (same as digital thermal sublimation printing).Using the digital printer connected with the computer, the processed patterns are printed to the coated special paper with thermal sublimation ink in advance, and the sublimation transfer printing is done on the chemical fiber fabric after drying.

Above several kinds of heat sublimation printing, suitable for fabric: chemical fiber, the most ideal fabric: pure polyester.Sublimation transfer temperature: above 200℃.Fabric color: white or light. After printing effect: sublimation ink penetration into the chemical fiber, therefore, feel relatively soft.

Heat transfer stamping can be divided into:

1. Offset hot stamping.Offset printing effect, through the four-color overprint, pattern clear and realistic, can achieve the effect of photographs.

2. Spot color hot stamping.Printing areas are solid, unlike offset hot stamping dot superimposed, relatively pure color.

In addition, reflective hot stamping, bead hot stamping, hot stamping and so on belong to the category of heat transfer hot stamping, but the use of materials slightly different, but there is a common point: will use hot glue (powder) will be hot stamping patterns firmly stick on the cloth. That's why you get a gelatinous sensation when you touch it.

Reflective bronzing effect is to the light will be reflected, the golden and green bronzing on the turn of a good look like a metal like material, give a person noble and gorgeous feeling!Bead hot stamping surface is beads, through the refraction of beads at the bottom of the gorgeous color, also give a noble gorgeous feeling!

Above several kinds of heat transfer and hot stamping, suitable for fabric: any fabric.Fabric color: no special requirement.Conventional thermal pressure temperature: 130℃~150℃.After hot stamping effect: because the pattern is hot hot glue (powder) pressed to the surface of the fabric resulting in a gelatinous sense, skin affinity than the upgrade heat transfer printing is slightly worse.
