1.Preheat the machine to stick the molds
Temperature arrange: 220-240℃
Time arrange: about 3 minutes
Set the position for molds, you need use sticker to stick the molds to the heating plate and bottom plate,then press down.
2. Do embossing
Temperature arrange:between 220-240℃.
Time arrange:8sec-10sec.
(you can adjust base on fabric materials)
3.Put the cut pieces alignment with the molds. then start to embossing.Make the heating platen press down.After 8sec-10sec. it will auto release.
Tips:
You also can mix up the curing agent and silicone on fabric.
The proportion ----10:1 (silicone:curing agent)
This operation will make the area of the embossing more solid------Depending on the situation of the fabric materials.
