Machine fault handling:
When working, the oil drum heat transfer machine may fail, and the failure treatment can be divided into two types: uninterrupted work and stop work.
1. Deal with continuous failure:
(1) When you find A heating pad for A small item, you can clean it with A brush. If not, you can remove it when you stop
(2) When you find a blanket with small stripes, you can rub it with small stones. If not, you should have it repaired. But it rarely has that problem.
(3) If there is a color difference between the two sides and the middle position, the pressure on both sides can be adjusted, or the space between the roller and the blanket can be adjusted.
(4) If loose parts are found in the working process, the screws should be tightened in time.
(5) If you find a heat press machine with the wrong design, you can slow down the machine.
(6) When the blanket and belt are found to be off to one side, you can adjust it manually. Our roller heat press machine has automatic blanket and belt deviation correction function.
(7) When finding dyed fabrics, you should turn on the drying system to dry the fabric and avoid staining.
(8) When it is found that the fabric or blanket tension is too large or too small, the speed between the units or tension devices should be adjusted in time to ensure proper tension.
(9) When the moisture of the fabric is not even, the pressure can be adjusted.
2.Handling stop failure:
(1)If any sharp material enters the cylinder, stop and remove it.
(2)In the process of heat transfer, if too much thread is found in the fabric and involved in the roller, the machine should be stopped and dealt with timely.(3)When the blanket is used for a long time, and the blanket is too thin and the heating is unstable, it should be stopped and replaced with a new one.
Machine maintenance:
1.Always check screws, parts, rollers, spools, rubber sheeting, etc.
2.Oil the moving parts before operating the roller hot press.
3.Clean the machine weekly.
