However, in the use of the ink supply system, we also need to pay attention to the following points of use:
1.When adding dye sublimation ink to the printer's ink system, please add ink according to each color mark, do not add wrong ink, the ink cartridge of the printer is marked with the color mark of the ink, Y yellow, M red, C blue, K black, 4 colors, add ink to the ink tank when adding ink, be careful to avoid adding wrong ink. Different inks will mix together, which will result in wrong printing color, and on the other hand may cause nozzles to block and other faults.
2.When adding sublimation transfer ink, you can use the funnel to assist. Place the funnel on the ink cartridge adding hole, then pour the ink into the funnel to add it to avoid the external sprinkling of the ink. If you use the password ink photo ink, you can use the ink.The needle is connected to the ink-filling tube, and the ink package is placed high in the ink cartridge, and the switch on the ink-filling tube is slid to add ink. After each filling, the ink tank cover should be tightened to avoid dust and other debris and to avoid spilling ink when moving.
3.In order to ensure the pressure of the ink tank of the printing machine to the nozzle is normal, the ink will not break when printing. The ink in the ink tank should be kept at least 100 ml, and the ink should not be too much or too full.
4.If you need to replace different sublimation printing inks, you should clean the relevant ink cartridges to avoid the related impurities, precipitation and other factors that affect the continuous supply of ink to the ink supply system.
