Feature
1.Roller drum is chrome-plating,it is mirror surface hardness is much better than teflon coating,wear resistant,anti-sticking.
2.Digital control for temperature and speed.Sublimation speed is 35 to 50 meters per hour.
3.Oil heating,temperature uniformity (±1-2°C) no deviations of color.
4.The blanket can be completely separated from drum.So at the end of working day,you can turn hand wheel on the top of machine to do it and leave.You don't need to wait for it to cool down.It saves your time.
5.Automatic alignment system for blanket.It keeps blanket in the center of machine.You don't need to adjust it manually.
6.Automatic pneumatic pressure. There is an air cylinder for rubber pressure roller.Usually thin fabric needs to be pressured.After you connect with an air compressor,you just need to press the "Pneumatic pressure" button for to get bigger pressure for fabric.
