Operational Matters
1. Turn on the main switch of the power supply, press the blanket carry button, and at the same time when the blanket is in progress, the buzzer will flash and beep. When the blanket is in place, the indicator buzzer will turn off. Press the start button again to start the whole machine and adjust it. Roller speed (Note: The whole machine must use a suitable and reliable protective ground wire).
2. Adjust the thermostat to the required temperature (usually about 230 degrees, the speed is about 19 rpm, and the heating time is about 50 minutes); set the forward or reverse rotation to make the machine rotate, REV means reverse, FWD means forward rotation, STOP/RESET means stop) Note: Before setting the forward and reverse rotation of the inverter, please stop the inverter and then set the forward and reverse rotation. The machine has been set to forward rotation before leaving the factory.
3. Manually adjust the blanket: clockwise is "loose", counterclockwise is "tight", first of all, the blanket and the drum surface are required to have a good contact surface, until the blanket can drive the drum to rotate (Note: the new machine is generally In this case, there is no need to adjust the blanket, the machine is equipped with an automatic belt adjustment function that can automatically correct).
4. When the new machine is used, a small piece of fabric and colored paper should be used to test first. During the transfer process, when the heat transfer paper or the fabric is too thin, a pad paper larger than the heat transfer consumables should be used to cushion the substrate before proceeding. Transfer, the use of pad paper transfer operation method can prevent the pigment from being transferred to the surface of the felt during the heating process, which affects the service life of the felt and the transfer effect.
5. Put the thermal transfer paper on the substrate, spread it on the worktable, push it gently on the felt, and place the flattening roller on the transfer material to drive it automatically.
6. Successful transfer requires the correct combination of time, temperature and pressure. The thickness and material of the clothes and the type of heat transfer will affect the effect of heat stamping. All kinds of heat transfer paper need to be tested and approved before mass production.
7. When it is necessary to shut down in a high temperature state: first set the automatic shutdown time of the automatic shutdown function (the automatic shutdown time is generally set to 1-2 hours), press the automatic shutdown button, usually the drum temperature drops below 100 degrees Celsius, it will automatically shut down , Note: The blanket must be completely separated from the high temperature roller to ensure a safe distance of 5-8CM, otherwise the blanket will be burned. The correct shutdown method is very important for the maintenance of the machine and the blanket.
