Operation Precautions
1. ◆When the external power supply of the machine is not powered off, press the automatic shutdown button and the temperature is lower than 100℃, the machine will stop after the automatic shutdown time expires. ◆If the external power supply of the machine is cut off and the temperature is higher than 100℃, it must be manually rotated in time to remove the felt from the drum.
2. Automatic adjustment of blankets: When the machine has the function of automatic adjustment of blankets, manual adjustment is not required, and manual adjustment is only used when automatic adjustment fails.
3. When the machine is heated, in order to prevent the blanket from burning out, the machine must be rotated, and during the rotation of the machine, in order to prevent the blanket from deviating and damaging the blanket and ensure safety, please be sure to have someone to supervise.
4. In the case of high temperature, emergency shutdown or power failure, please adjust the blanket to the maximum distance of the adjustment roller at the first time, and observe that the blanket is completely separated from the high temperature roller. Normally, a distance of 5-8CM should be ensured.
5. All rotating bearings of the machine must be added with high temperature butter once a week to ensure the normal rotation of the bearings.
6. It is normal if the indicator light flashes when the machine blanket is moving forward and backward. It is not normal if the indicator light flashes when there is no movement of the blanket. The machine blanket has an automatic edge correction function. It is abnormal if the side indication does not stop and flashes for a long time).
Common malfunctions
1. The numbers displayed on the thermometer are beating irregularly: observe whether there is sparking at the copper ring of the five conductive rings in the electrical box. Ring contact is uniform;
2. blanket deviation: check whether the edge correction motor of the blanket rotates; check whether the edge correction micro switch works normally;
3. The blanket will not automatically disengage: check whether the blanket drives the motor to rotate;
4. There is a loud noise: check whether the roller drive bearing is broken;
5. The blanket does not run smoothly and is accompanied by a clicking or whining sound: check whether the gearbox rotates normally.
Special warning:
1. In the case of high temperature, emergency shutdown or power outage, please adjust the blanket to a maximum safety distance of 5-8CM from the drum for the first time, so as to ensure that the blanket will not be hurt.
3. All bearings of the whole machine must be added with high temperature butter once a week to ensure the normal operation of the bearings.
