When we using a roller heat transfer machine, it will always cause unnecessary damage due to improper operation. Please follow the steps below to properly install your machine.
1. Turn on the main power switch, the blanket carries the button, the blanket enters the blanket and indicates the buzzer to shine and sing at the same time, put the blanket description in place after the buzzer light is off, and then press the start button to start roll to roll heat press machine and adjust the speed of the roller (note: the machine must use proper safety protection grounding wire).
2. Set the thermostat to the required temperature (usually about 230 degrees, with a rotation speed of about 19 revolutions and heating time of about 50 minutes); Set forward or reverse, machine to roll, REV to reverse, FWD to forward, stop/reset to stop)
Note: set the inverter positive and negative poles. Please stop setting the inverter positive and negative poles again after the machine tool is set to positive rotation.
3. Manually adjust the "adjustment" clockwise and turn it to "tight" counter clock wise. First, ask the blanket and the drum surface to have a good interface, which can drive the roller to rotate until the blanket prevails (note: the new rotary oil drum heat transfer machine is general, no need to adjust the blanket, and the machine
with a naughty function can automatically correct).
4. The new type roller hot press when use, should be the first to use a small piece of fabric and color paper test, the brand of paper or cloth too thin when transfer printing process, should be used more than brand consumables wrapping paper pad used as again after transfer printing substrate, the paper transfer operation method can prevent the dye sublimation ink in the process
of heat transfer to the surface of rubber cloth, affect the service life of rubber blanket and transfer printing effect.
5. Put the sublimation paper on the substrate, smooth it on the worktable, jog on the blanket, and put the pressure roller on the automatic drive in the transfer printing.
6. Successful transfer requires proper time, temperature and pressure. Clothing thickness and material as well as brand species will affect the effect of hot stamping. After the approval of the sample, a variety of pyrograph paper must undergo heat treatment before mass production.
7. Need to shut down at high temperature: when the first set of automatic stop time automatic stop function (to be automatic downtime set for 1 to 2 hours), automatic stop button, and the normal pressure plate temperature has fallen to below 100 degrees Celsius, will shut down automatically, automatic note: from the blanket must which is completely separated from the high temperature roller, blanket guarantee within the safe distance of 5-8 cm, otherwise it will burn out blankets, carpet machine downtime and the correct way is very important.
