(1). The transfer speed and the temperature of the hot roller should be adjusted appropriately. After the temperature reaches the set temperature, the temperature should be fluctuated up and down three times. After the temperature is stable, the transfer operation is performed.
(2). Adjust the pressure between the blanket and the heat press machine according to the weight of thesublimation transfer paper.
(3). Keep the transfer paper and fabric in the same degree of tension, and stabilize the proper tension.
(4). Please transfer the sample before mass production to determine whether it affected the temp erature and speed of the color is appropriate.
(5). Before the transfer, the inkjet sublimation paper pattern surface and the fabric should be blown and cleaned to remove the adhesions such as paper dust and cilia, so as to prevent the miscellaneous objects from being caught between the transfer paper and the fabric to cause printing defects.
(6). To ensure the drying of the dye sublimation paper, the transfer paper with large moisture will generate a large amount of water vapor during the sublimation printing process, which makes the transfer paper soften and lose its stiffness, causing problems such as oblique walking,water ripple and other faults.
(7). When transferring, you can cut the front of the paper and fabric into an inverted V shape to make the middle advanced. You can also use the cardboard leading edge of the transfer paper width to make the whole surface smoothly and smoothly into the transfer machine to avoid. Pulling the diagonal pull causes wrinkles to occur during transfer.
(8). During the transfer process, the paper and cloth should be quickly separated to prevent the paper and cloth from coming into contact again, causing the secondary sublimation transfer to produce a ghost image.
(9).Pay attention to the operation safety during the transfer process. It is strictly forbidden to put the hand close to the hot roller, and avoid the high temperature burn.
