Digital printing machine technology


     Digital printing technology is the product of the combination of digital technology and traditional printing and dyeing technology, and it is a revolutionary breakthrough in the traditional printing and dyeing industry. In the context of digitalization and networking, digital printing represents the future technological direction of the printing and dyeing industry. The advantages of digital printing machines are fast response speed, low cost, good printing effect and wide application range;  the disadvantages of digital printing machines are slow printing speed, high ink costs, problems with combining old and new technologies, color accuracy, etc.


     The steps of the digital printing machine are simple; there is no need for the steps of plate making, plate printing, and repeated color registration, and there is no need for various types of tools and materials required by screen printing and thermal transfer methods. Using a digital printing machine only needs to prepare another ordinary computer. A machine operator can perform printing operations completely independently, saving manpower and material resources, and the method is simple and desirable. The experience requirements for machine operators are low as long as they understand simple image processing software.


     The digital printing machine is compatible with different industries, does not limit the material and does not cause damage to the material;  it can not only print on tough crystal, stone, metal, glass and other materials, but also on soft leather, fabric, cotton and other materials. It can be printed on inorganic materials, and it can also be printed on organic materials with complex and varied compositions, which have more and better compatibility with materials.
