How to choose a good hot stamping machine?
The core part of the hot stamping machine is the heating plate, so attention should be paid to the selection of hot stamping machines. The upper and lower plates shall be made of aluminum, and the heating tubes shall be cast inside the aluminum plates. If the upper plate is slotted aluminum plate, and then the heating tube is attached to it, it will cause unnecessary energy loss, and there will be slow temperature rise, large temperature difference and other shortcomings when used.
If the lower plate is an iron plate or other material, it will be easy to deformation and age if it works in a high temperature and high pressure environment for a long time. According to the different heating plate area, the upper and lower plates have weight standards. If they are too light and thin, the heating plate will be easily deformed and affect the use.
Generally speaking, the heavier the weight, the more reliable the performance. After pressing the plate of the hot press machine, it should be absolutely parallel with the lower plate. If you want to test whether the upper and lower plates are tightly occluded, you can put hard paper or other pieces of ductile material on the four corners respectively, and then press the handle. After the upper and lower plates are occluded, you can pull the hard paper outwards to know whether the upper and lower plates are smooth and whether the machine is qualified.
