What if the inkjet printer gets clogged?
It is rare for inkjet printers to actually clog the nozzle.
The identification method is as follows: before and after cleaning the nozzle, print the nozzle inspection pattern respectively. If the break position changes, it is not the nozzle blockage, but too much air in the inner cartridge. It is recommended to use a safe exhaust method to discharge the excess air.
If the broken line position is fixed and unchanged, (the static printer reprints the pattern after 10 minutes, and the broken line position is still fixed and unchanged), the nozzle is blocked. First clean the nozzle 2-3 times.
If the fault does not change, it is recommended to use the nozzle-free technology to clear the nozzles.
Never use a syringe to inject a liquid such as alcohol if the nozzle is definitely blocked. Because the nozzle is under heavy pressure, the cavity is easy to break down and cause scrap, and alcohol is an organic solvent, which is easy to corrodes the smooth surface of the nozzle, and enhances the hydrophilic ability of the nozzle string color.
